All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delivery may take between 2 – 14 days depending on selected postage method.
At times there may be potential delays due to waiting for stock, high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $48 flat rate shipping per item to Australia.
Quoted postage price: For New Zealand you can request a quote for the items in your cart.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping only to New Zealand. (Please see above for shipping information)
A quote request will be offered to you when checking out. We will get back to you on a price for what you have selected then you will be able to continue with the cart.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Country Road RV is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
